At our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of a central corporate legal team of 8 persons, which oversees all legal aspects of our corporate secretariat, M&A activities and legal compliance, as well as Group Legal’s support to various complex customer relationships and global procurement activities.

Legal partner for Nordic customers and general legal support
You will be focussed on providing legal support to our Nordic commercial teams across our three Divisions of Air & Sea, Road and Solutions (having revenues of 20+ bn DKK) and be their legal partner for customer relations. Further, you will be involved in many other international commercial legal matters and in various legal compliance activities.
Specifically, you will:
Open-minded, collaborative and a keen interest in resolving international legal matters
While you know how to diligently manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously, you do not tend to overcomplicate the solutions you provide and at the same time you distinctly identify the key legal issues. Legal partner for Nordic customers and general legal support
You will be focussed on providing legal support to our Nordic commercial teams across our three Divisions of Air & Sea, Road and Solutions (having revenues of 20+ bn DKK) and be their legal partner for customer relations. Further, you will be involved in many other international commercial legal matters and in various legal compliance activities.
Specifically, you will:
- Work with drafting and negotiating master customer contracts and other logistic agreements as well as assessing tenders across the Nordic countries
- Provide general counsel to our Nordic business teams on a broad variety of legal topics including dispute resolution, innovation projects and transactions
- Communicate with and manage external advisors in your matters
- Deliver ongoing advice on competition, data privacy and corporate laws and participate in legal compliance activities across the organization

While you know how to diligently manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously, you do not tend to overcomplicate the solutions you provide and at the same time you distinctly identify the key legal issues. To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:
- Hold a master’s degree in law from a recognized university (e.g. cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur. from a Danish university)
- Are experienced in drafting and negotiating international contracts and have a keen interest in transportation law, charter parties and procurement matters
- Bring at least 2-3 years of post-graduate experience from a law firm working with international clients or in the legal department in a multinational company, and preferably with transportation or insurance industry experience
- Excel in translating business needs and calibrating risks into sound legal solutions
- Have a hands-on attitude, challenge the known, are solutions-oriented, easy-going and strong collaborator
- Speak and write English and a Scandinavian language fluently
