At DSV, you will join our central Group function that works with compliance on a global scale – and you and your team will ensure QHSE compliance for our 75,000 employees in more than 80 countries.
We help set the strategic direction for compliance in DSV
When joining Group Compliance at our HQ in Hedehusene, you will become part of a department, where we define the strategic direction for compliance across our DSV entities globally. Specifically, you will become responsible for our QHSE department, where you will have the direct management responsibility for a team of 6 global professionals.
“Your team spans from Australia to the US, making it a truly global team. You’ll also have ongoing contact with other local managers when they need advice on matters within quality, health & safety and environment,” says Peter Munch-Hansen, Senior Director.
Leadership, strategy and sustainable growth
You will manage, lead and motivate a team of professionals within Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE). This will require a great deal of remote management.
With the overall goal of managing stakeholder expectations, supporting DSV in developing and maintaining operational excellence and sustainable growth, you will together with your team, your manager and piers, as well as other functions in DSV:

Experienced Director for QHSE Compliance with great communication skills
With your good people skills, intercultural respect and talent for communication, you can effortlessly interact with colleagues and stakeholders across boarders as well as professional levels. You have a strategic mindset and good, holistic business understanding, but can also easily make complicated matters simple when you convey strategic goals to your stakeholders.

You will manage, lead and motivate a team of professionals within Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE). This will require a great deal of remote management.
With the overall goal of managing stakeholder expectations, supporting DSV in developing and maintaining operational excellence and sustainable growth, you will together with your team, your manager and piers, as well as other functions in DSV:
- Ensure a risk based and sound approach to compliance and governance
- Successfully lead, coach, support and develop your team and foster a spirit of teamwork and unity
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively accomplish the work to meet objectives and targets
- Develop and maintain the DSV Group QHSE Programme, associated policies and standards to ensure the Group Multisite Certification (ISO 9001,14001 & 45001)
- Plan, design and monitor our Enterprise Risk Management framework to ensure a structured approach on risk identification

Experienced Director for QHSE Compliance with great communication skills

You have a strategic mindset and good, holistic business understanding, but can also easily make complicated matters simple when you convey strategic goals to your stakeholders.
We furthermore imagine that you:
- Have solid leadership experience
- Have an in depth understanding of integrated management processes and global regulatory QHSE requirements
- Have experience within relevant QHSE specialties, such as Auditing, Behavior Based Safety, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement
- Speak and write English at a professional level
- Are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
