Key role in Ipsen Nordic
As part of a small but very strong and collaborative Nordic Market Access team, you will be responsible for market access projects in the Nordic countries. You will in close collaboration with the Nordic commercial team and two market access colleagues lead the efforts in assessing the market access trends and requirements on the local markets, contributing to and shaping the overall value strategy for the brands throughout their lifecycle.You will monitor and evaluate pricing issues, risk components, generate business cases and models, manage filings and pricing and reimbursement negotiations. You will report to the Director of Market Access in Sweden.Strong analytical skills combined with a good understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain
To succeed in this newly established role you will need to have a very good understanding of the current pharmaceutical drivers governing approval processes as well as pricing and reimbursement processes. Additionally, you will need to be a thorough and meticulous analyst with an ability to understand and transform scientific data and knowledge into a market access value preposition for each of the relevant markets. You should be able to work independently, seek new solutions, and drive your own projects.Key responsibilities are:Support the development of reimbursement/HTA applications in close collaboration with local and global functions (HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Commercial) Handling of price changes to the Nordic pricing and reimbursement authorities Maintenance of internal planning and price/reimbursement databases Creation of product value communication in line with the overall product strategies Provide market access expertise to marketing strategies and campaigns and ensuring market access requirements are embedded within the operational brands plan locally Market Access understanding and HTA experience
You have a degree in health economics, public health or another commercial degree combined with some experience in market access including fillings of HTA’s. As a person, you are thorough, meticulous and detail oriented. You are accustomed to initiate and reach out for needed input, sparring and interaction. You are reliable and structured and equally motivated by results created in collaboration as on your own.It is important, that you are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages as well as in English.Apply now
