Trifork Group is looking for a new legal professional
Who will manage all legal aspects of corporate governance, board meetings, MAR and M&A activities as well legal support on complex international contracts.
You will become a part of a small legal team consisting of three people, but take upon great responsibility as regards to governance, compliance and assisting the board of directors with various matters.

Legal governance, compliance and international contracts
You will be the legal counsel focused on corporate law, MAR, M&A and corporate governance. You will handle complex legal issues when advising Group leadership and the Board of Directors as well as reviewing and negotiating international contracts and investments in start-ups and larger acquisitions.
Specifically, You Will Be:
- Working with international corporate law, issuer rules on Nasdaq Copenhagen, MAR/ insider rules, M&A assignments and corporate governance
- Reviewing and negotiating international contracts with various business partners, from vendors to customers and set up contract management
- Supporting the organisation and execution of Trifork Holding AG board meetings, you must enjoy drafting contracts as musch as reviewing; and
- Developing and executing the compliance department strategy and direction.

You will work from central Copenhagen, but with no fixed office space.
A Minimum Of 3 Years’ Experience
While you know how to diligently manage many tasks simultaneously, you do not tend to overcomplicate the solutions you provide – we are commercial and solution oriented. You also thrive in a relaxed environment, and while you work with complex subjects, your professionalism never gets in the way of connecting with people.
To Succeed In This Position, We Imagine That You Have:
- extensive contract drafting and negotiation experience from a law firm and/or from a private company senior, medior or junior position
- interest in and knowledge of driving and improving processes
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- strong legal and business acumen and an understanding of the necessity for pragmatic and actionable solutions
- strong personal drive, attention to detail, solution oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in an ambitious environment with tight deadlines
- a global mindset and must be fluent in written and spoken Danish and English - German is a plus.
- hold a master’s degree in law
- bring at least three years of post-graduate experience from a law firm working with international clients or in the legal department in a multinational company
- specialized in corporate laws, governance and capital markets (MAR)
- know how to translate business needs and calibrate risks into sound legal solutions; and
- have a hands-on attitude, are solutions-oriented, and you are an easy-going, strong collaborator/team player
