Your new role
As Regional Market Access Manager, you have a proactive view of the asthma/COPD market to act instead of re-act to market changes. Your tasks will include the following:
- Act as a champion of “customer focus” and “patient centricity” providing added value and high standards of service through external engagement of key stakeholders.
- Map and analyze regional and financial stakeholders, tailor strategic brand tactics and activities addressing key success factors to ensure future growth on their products.
- Map decision makers, decisions processes and other influences on a regional and national level in close collaboration with Key account managers (KAM). Act as a spokesperson for all products and BUs when working with these stakeholders.
- Ensure pro-active solutions to predict and resolve potential barriers for an optimal sales uptake. Actively share with sales and brand management as well as the wider commercial organization.
- Responsible to develop regional market access and communication plans (presentations/ campaign materials) for Chiesi’s respiratory actual and coming products to decision makers to ensure a placement on the regional product list as well as national guidelines.
- Develop personal asthma/respiratory stakeholder network and brand advocates through strategic engagement and operational executio in purposes to increase the understanding and to establish access to treatments in asthma and COPD.
- Support the national price and reimbursement processes in close collaboration with the Value & Access team.
- Develop a long-term regional market access plan as well as and execute strategic projects and innovative concepts in line with overall Chiesi’s brand strategy.
- Act as a spokesperson for all products and BUs when working with these stakeholders.
- Drive and evaluate a tender strategy for Primary Care in Denmark – linked to brand plan and commercial ROI.
- Take responsibilities towards their customers according to approved project plan and participate in national and international exhibitions/ congresses/ meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
As their new regional Market Access Manager, you have more than 10 years of experience in the pharma business and an excellent knowledge of the Danish pharmaceutical business. Furthermore, you have the following experience, skills and competencies:
- Preferably previous Market Access experience
- Preferably previous work with financial stakeholders on the Danish market
- Preferably previous experience from interacting with politicians and civil servants within the Danish healthcare system for more than 2 years
- Respiratory experience at least for three years
- Proven track record of strong sales within a Sales & Marketing organization.
- Own regional growth in market share and continuous and persistent high growth rates
- Willingness to develop skills and competencies.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, communications & project management skills
- Excellent influencing and presentation skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Coaching skills
