EG is looking for a Service and Support Onboarding Lead with reference to the Vice President of Corporate PMO who is a part of the corporate management team. A part of EG's stratEGy, as the leading vertical software company in Scandinavia, is to acquire vertical software companies and here you will play an important role in leading the onboarding of the companies. Since EG was founded in 1976, we have acquired many companies and in the last 18 months EG has made 15 acqusitions.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

As our ServiceNow onboarding lead you will drive the onboarding of acquired companies, with focus on the Service and support processes, e.g. Moreover, your task and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive gap analysis, planning, and onboarding of acquired companies on to our intEGrated service and support process and ServiceNow solution. Lead plan for closing the gaps.
  • Support and educate acquired companies in the service and support processes and demonstrate how it fits into EG's overall operating model
  • Work with datamigration to make sure we capture the acquired companies data in the correct way with a special focus onservice an support agreements often embedded in the software subscriptions
  • Lead the onboarding on ServiceNow and use your strong project and service management expertise to optimize processes
  • Lead service and support post merger intEGration track, where you will ensure execution according to the onboarding plan
  • Updating and executing the EG Service & Support roadmap and reporting in close cooperation with process owner and the process governance board and service and support community.
  • Support EG Business Units, utilize and optimize the Service & Support platform ServiceNow

The ideal candidate

In order to drive successful onboarding of acquisitions, you will work closely together with the VP of the corporate PMO and service and support operational process owner, the management team, IT operations, manager of post merger intEGrations and other post merger intEGration track leads and of course the acquired companies management and specialists. You therefore need to master working in cross organizational setups and posess strong stakeholder management skills. Furthermore, we expect the following from you;

  • Experience with Service & Support processes and service management solutions like ServiceNow, either as a project manager or from working directly with service and support
  • Preferable with an ITIL certification or other relevant education in service management
  • Preferably 3-5 years consulting and Service management experience
  • Experience in post merger intEGration or change
  • Knowledge of business and operating models preferably from software companies
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Natural business process management skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Thrive in environments with great complexity and high energy
  • A true motivator and emphatic team player, who can deliver results
  • Speak and write English fluently, preferably Danish as well
  • Structured, persistent, result-driven
  • Experience with todays IT office applications including Microsoft Teams and Office 365
