We are now looking for a passionate agile coach who is experienced in supporting, guiding and coordinating multiple teams in a scaled agile environment, but who also has the right skills to work intensively with our leadership team to make SI IT a better place to work.

As an agile coach, your challenges will be:
- primarily working remotely with various parts of the SI IT organization, but also available to travel as required
- guiding the efforts in SI IT agile transformation as part of our Lean Agile Center of Excellence, and actively driving the implementation of SCRUM and SAFe®
- conducting agile coaching, training courses and mentoring for teams, Scrum masters, product owners, release train engineers, product management and other stakeholders as needed. As such, you will provide actionable feedback to teams for improving and developing their skills in agile practices and team dynamics.
- guiding teams in facilitating key agile events at team and program level including Scrum ceremonies, program increment (PI) planning, inspect and adapt (I&A) workshops etc.
- consulting, coaching and supporting the SI IT leadership team in their adoption of an agile mindset and practices and supporting them to live the agile leadership principles and values
- promoting agile values and principles as well as lean thinking through various channels and acting as a role model
- training and coaching proper usage of tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and ensuring data quality
- supporting the implementation of new agile tools and migration of legacy applications
- preparing, conducting and evaluating agile KPIs and maturity assessments to drive continuous improvement
- collaborating and partnering with other agile activities and coaches within siemens to optimize support for the agile transformation and to share knowledge across the enterprise
- ensuring that proper organizational change management is applied and communicated as progress is made
- fostering communities of practices as well as actively engaging and contributing to best practices
To make a difference, you must have:
- hands-on experience in applying agile practices and using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- a convincing understanding of the concept and terminology of the Scaled Agile Framework®
- at least five years’ professional experience within siemens, preferably in IT or R&D organizations
- practical experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence is an asset
- strong facilitation, collaboration, coaching and mentoring skills
- excellent communication, moderation and visualization skills in English
- written and spoken German on a proficient level is a definite asset
- the ability to meet your addressee on their level and target your communication to various groups across the organizational hierarchy (inc. senior management)
- highly developed communication skills to collaborate, build relationships, influence, negotiate and persuade others at all levels both inside and outside IT
- a willingness to learn and develop skills continuously
