Job description
As a consultant at Kainos, you will be part of the consultancy team working with the Workday software. Your specialist area is finance and economy, and you refer to the manager in the Nordic region. Kainos has offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Helsinki. You are allowed to work on-site or remotely – whatever you prefer.
From the beginning, you will be introduced and participate in an internal product training course and certification program in Workday. You will be associated with a mentor who ensures that you are prepared and up to date to succeed.
Workday is used by a broad range of more prominent companies worldwide, and you will communicate with stakeholders from the operational to the strategic level.
As a consultant, your responsibilities are:
This job is a unique opportunity to be part of an international organisation and widen your professional network, both with colleagues and clients.
The travel asset will occur to an extent corresponding to 50 working days per year. Preferably in the Nordic region.
Your qualifications
This position addresses the candidate with a few years in the economy- and finance management.
Preferably with a Postgraduate degree (MSc) in economics, statistics, accounting, or similar. However, hands-on experience with counselling the management team is also preferable.
Personally, you thrive in a customer-facing role. You are self-motivated and thrive on freedom under responsibility. You are ambitious and thrive on deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal English is a must as you will be part of an international organisation with international clients.

- Various implementing tasks such as
- Understanding your customer’s business model and suggest solutions in Workday
- Advising the best solution depending on budget and time frame
