This position is a global position but you are expected to be at our Herning office two days a week.

DOVISTA is on an exciting growth journey, and is now the leading European facade windows and doors manufacturer. CSR and Sustainability plays a vital role in the continued business development, and they are looking for an ambitious and dedicated EPD Sustainability Specialist who will a become a vital part of developing the new Group Product Sustainability function. You will become one of the key players in the implementation of the Group CSR and Sustainability strategy.
Your responsibilities
As the EPD Sustainability Specialist you will join the global Product Management team, and will work across the different value streams driving the important EPD agenda for the Group function. The role will be the crucial link between the different parts of the value chain in relation to product sustainability initiatives. You will work closely together with Procurement, R&D, Master data, the Group Sustainability function, local sales and external advisors. On the short term, you will drive EPD data collections for product specific EPD’s, establish relationships with suppliers of EPD’s and make sure that EPD’s are available to meet coming legislation. On the longer run you will transform customer requirements and regulatory developments into reliable information and advise and assist in aligned execution across DOVISTA within product documentation. One of your important tasks is to establish a Sustainability Strategy for Products with a global perspective including all markets, products and segments – ensuring that the content is aligned and communicated to the organisation.

Your qualifications
You bring to the position a relevant technical education, and you combine your education with at least 2-3 years of experience within EPD or LCA. Experience from the building/construction industry or from a consulting engineering company will be an advantage. You have a profound interest in product sustainability, and are interested in learning more about sustainability, EPD and LCA – preparing the product range to meet future requirements from different markets and segments.
On a more personal level, you have strong stakeholder management skills and have experience in running projects in a multicultural environment with multiple stakeholders. You approach your tasks in a structured manner, and excel in teamwork and communication. The role also requires you to be fully proficient in English.

- Support roll-out on the different markets, and drive different EPD programs based on regulatory and market needs
- Train and secure internal communication to all relevant stakeholders
- Make a structured overview of existing sustainability promises and data (certifications, databases etc).
- Develop and execute Roadmap with prioritized projects/activities
- Support local product sustainability plans and help executing them
Your qualifications
