For Darguner Brauerei - a part of Harboes Bryggeri A/S - we’re looking for a qualified and passionate HR Senior Partner. You will be responsible for most of the HR activities in Darguner Brauerei in Germany, play an important role in the daily leadership of the entire site and facilitate leadership-, organizational- and cultural development in close cooperation with your colleagues in the Global HR team based at the HQ in Denmark.
THE COMPANY
Harboes Bryggeri A/S is the parent company of the Harboe Group which also includes the German based brewery, Darguner Brauerei. The main activities in Harboe are development, production and sales of beer, soft drinks, malt beverages as well as malt-based ingredients.
Harboe has been managed and co-owned by the Harboe-family since the establishment of the first brewery in Skælskør, Denmark in 1883. Today, the company is managed by the 6th generation of the family, who carry on the proud brewing traditions and management based on strong human values hand-in-hand with ambitious goals and continued expansion world-wide.
In 1991 Harboe build a brand-new brewery in the northeast of Germany – Darguner Brauerei – which since has been expanded several times and today deploy over 300 committed and passionate employees.
THE POSITION
You report directly to the HR Director in HQ and have a dotted line to the Site Director of Darguner Brauerei, with whom you will prioritise, run and coordinate the daily HR tasks and operations. You will be partner to the Darguner Management Team and have close operation with the Global HR team in Denmark.
You will be overall responsible for all HR related activities, act as HR Partner for the Site Management Team and play a key role in the ongoing development and implementation of HR processes. And as a visible and active culture bearer you must be an inspiring role model representing the unique Harboe DNA.
You understand the important balance between people and business and know by heart how to develop and manage an HR agenda to support strategic business objectives. As a part of the Global HR team you must have an open and positive mindset and understand how to integrate strategic ambitions with everyday deliveries.
Your main responsivities and tasks will be:
Payroll, registration and other tasks related to personnel administration is partly handled by your colleagues in the finance team.

The position is a highly strategic priority in implementing and living the new overall business strategy for the Harboe Group. To fit the position you must be a versatile, independent and development-oriented HR Partner with successful experience from a larger company with a labour force counting +100 headcounts.

You will work out of Darguner Brauerei and must expect frequent visits at Harboe in Denmark (approx. once a month).
Salary package based on qualifications.
Residence ideally max 1-hour drive from the plant in Dargun.
Working from home office is an option now and then.

- Cooperate and negotiate with representatives for the Workers Council and secure that all German labour and work laws are followed.
- Head the Employee Engagement Survey in Dargun and follow-up process to continuously improve employee satisfaction, engagement and well-being.
- Identify and address HR opportunities as well as develop and implement HR-programs and processes; for instance within training, education, motivation and monitoring of behaviour and performance.
- Review general business performance together with the finance team and seize actions to track objectives that achieves the strategic goals.
- Manage leadership coaching and team building that support growth and change in line with business objectives.
- Develop and implement a talent and leadership pipeline for critical positions.
- Be responsible for the entire recruitment process and support leaders in all onboarding of new employees, ensuring a world class welcome.
- Act as an integrated and value-adding partner to the Site leadership team and seek cooperation and development together with the Global HR Team in Denmark.
- Responsible for internal communication at the Site and manage canteen and reception (4 employees).

- Have strong insight into German labour and work law and experience from handling tasks related to this.
- Want more than status quo in the day-to-day business and find motivation in chasing improvements within your responsibilities and throughout the full value-chain.
- Like to work with both people and numbers.
- Have a strong business knowledge, comprehensive understanding of HR and preferred experience from a production company.
- Be structured and have experience working with different methods and tools to monitor, measure and develop engagement and job satisfaction.
- Be a good and heartfelt listener and know the power of words and excellent presenting.
- Have good understanding of different business functions in a production and full value-chain company.
- Be result-driven with a strategic mindset, and ability to translate strategy into clear, compelling and inspiring goals and information.
- Speak and write perfect English and have good IT-skiils.
- Find strong motivation in being part of both the Management Team in Darguner Brauerei and of the Global HR team.
