Then you could be just the person we're longing for as our new colleague! 🙌As Talent Acquisition Partner As Talent Acquisition PartnerAs a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be lead on recruitment on your own business lines as well as being a part of a global TA community. Globally our TA team consists of 21 great colleagues with whom you will work alongside to evolve our processes. You will also work closely with our Danish HR team to ensure streamlined processes that provide the best candidate and onboarding experience. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, where stakeholder management and project management are crucial to bringing the right new colleagues on board at Columbus. In the Danish TA-team, you'll also be the go-to-person regarding data. To produce data that demonstrates ways we can improve our processes is your speciality. 🙏In this position some of the tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Partnering with your hiring managers to identify recruitment needs. You need to be able to advise your hiring managers when it comes to choosing the right candidate, salary, candidate market and trends, diversity and inclusion etc. Stakeholder management is essential in this position 🤝
  • Sourcing and reaching out to tech candidates
  • Driving the recruitment process from A to Z – from job posting and screenings to collaborating with HR to ensure signature on the right contract
  • Ensure best possible candidate experience! In other words: Attract, engage, and delight all candidates 💁‍♂️🙋‍♀️
  • Bringing out data to understand our processes current status and how we can improve them - such as time to hire, NPS etc.
  • Employer Branding activities to attract candidates and future-proof of position in the industry.
  • Staying curious and keeping up to date with our industry, business lines and global organization 🌍

Therefore, we would like you to have the following experience and personal competencies:
  • You have worked with recruitment for at least 4-5 years and have been responsible for the entire recruitment process (job profiles, advertising, screening, interviews, feedback, coordination, and negotiation) 🕵️‍♀️
  • Demonstrated experience working with data and measurements regarding the recruitment process
  • Full proficiency in Danish and English. You re also willing to learn a new "language", since in IT recruitment we are the masters of abbreviations. 😵
  • Previous experience with stakeholder management and consulting hiring managers
