On behalf of Tupperware Nordics, we are looking for a service-minded Product Planner and Coordinator.
You will become part of the product and planning team in Copenhagen, which is the center for all Tupperware promotions in the Nordic region. We are looking for a positive, dedicated and service-minded colleague to be part of a small team of five people.
One of your tasks will be to make sure that products and information flow to distributors are delivered in due time. There will be a lot of routine tasks such as price calculations, price sheets and coordination with warehouses, and it is therefore important that you enjoy that part of the job too.
• Coordinate and follow up on product requests and demand
• Create & control monthly promotional budgets and price sheets for Tupperware host & consumer promotions
• Assist in monthly budgeting in regards to pricing, forecasting, GP management, deliveries and inventory management
• Shared responsibility for creating price sheets
• Masterdata maintenance in our distributor system (assisting with creating data in TESS)
• Assist in our Integrated Business Development process.
• Monthly follow-up and analysis of promotions
• Close contact with our plants in Europe and key persons in our sales & operational planning teams
• Close contact with our Nordic distributors
• Assist in events and meetings with distributors
• Ad hoc projects and tasks
•Pricing, GP management and forecasting skills
•Attention to detail (needed for checking prices, creating budget and requests, etc.)
•Excel & PowerPoint superuser
•Fluent in English and Danish (or Norwegian or Swedish)
•Comfortable working in different IT systems
•Analytical and result-oriented
•Commercial mindset
•Open, communicative personality
•High level of engagement and interpersonal skills
•Flexible and adaptable
•Service-minded
