Secomea is at the center of Industrial IoT, Cyber Security, and Remote Maintenance, which are currently high-ranking priorities within the global manufacturing industries. They have more than 8,000 customers worldwide, including some of the world’s largest manufacturers and machine builders. Currently, they are offering an exciting position as Technical Solution Advisor and are looking for a candidate who has 2-3 years of experience with Network, IP security, Firewalls, VPN etc. and who has a desire to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
Some of your responsibilities will include – but not limited to:
- Work closely with the sales department and be the technical person in customer meetings.
- Act as the product specialist in meetings with customers.
- Implement and configure Secomea’s products to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with Secomea’s development teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Participate in product development by providing feedback on customer needs and industry trends.
About you
We believe that the following traits and experiences are essential for becoming successful in this role, but we would still like to hear from you, even if you don’t think you match all the points below.
- 2 to 3 years of with Network, IP security, Firewalls, VPN etc.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
