BoConcept has developed a comprehensive academy, in 6 languages, that supports key competencies for the success of our stores; including onboarding, product training, sales training, material knowledge, etc.
The job
The job requires 1-2 days a week (8-16 hours). There will be the opportunity to work from home some days. The superior candidate will be allowed greater freedom within the primary tasks.
Your primary tasks will be:
Producing content and ensuring the quality of courses in collaboration with other departments, including:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent student worker who will play an important role in assisting various operational tasks in close cooperation with our Learning & Development team. Your education is not important, but if you are currently undertaking an education within the fields of learning, communication and multimedia, you would naturally have an advantage.

- Preparation of e-learning incl. video, text and images
- Video recording, editing and screencast guides
- Build content, make corrections and support our users on our academy platform ACTIMO
- Various communication and coordination tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented and independent student worker who will play an important role in assisting various operational tasks in close cooperation with our Learning & Development team. Your education is not important, but if you are currently undertaking an education within the fields of learning, communication and multimedia, you would naturally have an advantage.
It is important that you as a person can see yourself in the following statements:
- Fluent in written English and preferably have knowledge of German, French and/or Spanish
- Experience with writing and layout
- Knowledge within photo- and video editing programs and PowerPoint
- Work focused and effective
- Be initiative and detail oriented
