Are you a network specialist with experience in building and operating network infrastructure in data centers? Do you like challenges and learning new things? Come join our network team!
We are looking for an experienced network specialist who, through his technical and personal skills, can contribute to the growth journey that both IT Relation and the network team are on.
Our network team handles the design, implementation and operation of our customers' infrastructure that is hosted in our data centers. We handle these tasks mainly remotely, but you might occasionally be asked to meet with our customers in Jutland. It is therefore important that you have a flair for customer contact, are fluent in Danish and are solution oriented.
Depending on your competencies and area of interest, you will have the opportunity to work on consultancy tasks, major projects, troubleshooting, etc. You can greatly influence which tasks you want to participate in. The most important thing is that you come with a solid network background, can execute on your tasks, and consider the long-term consequences of the solutions.
You will be part of the Network Implementation Team consisting of 7 colleagues distributed in our offices in Aarhus and Prague, Czech Republic. Network Implementation team is part of a larger network team consisting of around 30 network specialists. What characterizes our team is that we lift together and focus on professional sparring. Your immediate manager is located in Prague. However, another Network Team Manager and colleagues are in Aarhus.
Our department is on a development and growth journey with a focus on establishing a more automated, structured, and standardized network. We therefore expect that you will be motivated by challenges and that you, together with your colleagues, will help influence the strategic decisions and changes that will form the basis of the department in the future.
Your profile
Your educational background is not important, but it seems natural to you to stay up to date within networking and its development.

The workplace will be at our location in Aarhus. Depending on the tasks there will be the possibility to work from home. This will be aligned with the manager.

Your profile
Your educational background is not important, but it seems natural to you to stay up to date within networking and its development.
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a network specialist, network consultant, or similar
- You have knowledge in the area of Enterprise, Data Center, Security, or Service Provider at the CCNP level or equivalent
- You have a very good knowledge of Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewalls
- You are fluent in Danish in both writing and speech
- You have experience from an MSP or ISP
- You are familiar with some of the following technologies:
- Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, ACI, ISE, WLC
- Juniper routers
- VMware NSX
- HPE switches
- Unifi / Ubiquity
- Programming / Scripting / Automation
- You are stable and motivated by freedom under responsibility
- You can communicate professionally in English in both writing and speech
- You can plan your own everyday life and thrive at a high pace
- You possess the ability to communicate at all levels and abilities to answer "No Problem" to any IT-oriented challenge
