We are looking for a new passionate colleague who will be responsible for securing the compliance in relation to the working environment and external environment.
The position
As our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Change Supporter you will take part in decisions about changing existing or installing new production- and process equipment to benefit the environment at the site together with the local EHSR and project managers. In collaboration with other stakeholders, you will decide the best option based on the corporate knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
You are a key player, when it comes to assuring the correct and safest solutions are being implemented. The projects may vary from very small to large scale technical equipment.

On a personal level, you are highly motivated for solving technical tasks related to the buildings, but also tasks related to organizational changes in addition to the working environment.
About the department
The position as EHS Change Supporter is placed in Production Support in IFP Hillerød, which is a part of the global production division Product Supply counting around 14,000 employees worldwide. In the department we are 70 highly qualified employees with different backgrounds and a common purpose to support the production and implement Novo Nordisk strategies in IFP Hillerød. IFP Hillerød consists of a brand new 2,5 bDKK Aseptic Production as well as assembly- and packaging lines. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7 that is distributed to patients worldwide.

- Securing that EHS regulations are used correctly.
- Stakeholder management in regard to local EHSR and project managers.
- Identify and present new ways of thinking of the environment in different areas.
- Develop methods to identify hazards, risk valuation and process optimise.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to gain knowledge and create an even better working environment.
You are a key player, when it comes to assuring the correct and safest solutions are being implemented. The projects may vary from very small to large scale technical equipment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience related to general working environmental tasks. Maybe you have the experience from working in a production company or at a construction site
- Stakeholder management skills is crucial. You know how to integrate and communicate with different people in an agile environment
- Strategic mind-set is beneficial when solving tasks related to the working environment, were you need to see the bigger picture.
- Full proficiency in English, in speech as well as in writing as we work in a global business environment. Intermediate level of Danish is required.
