The Position
As an aspiring manager in our production, you will be contributing to our success through your responsibility to coordinate the manning on all shifts throughout the year, with regards to long term plans and sudden daily changes that may arise. You will also ensure to develop our employees by assigning them relevant courses while also juggling with production planning.
You will also have the opportunity to act as the direct team lead responsible on the line for your colleagues from time to time and take the necessary decisions to set the direction to meet department objectives. You will engage in a very experienced management group where you will have the room to learn and grow your leadership abilities.

About the Department
You will join Pre-assembly Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 140 colleagues, working in 6 teams, and we produce the mechanical Motor Module in Novo Nordisk’s growing prefilled device. We deliver large quantities to our sister factories in Diabetes Finished Products and Biopharmaceuticals.
We are dedicated to deliver strong results that add to the success of Novo Nordisk in crucial ways by ensuring high quality components at a competitive cost for our customers within prefilled devices. - Experience from the pharmaceutical industry together with GxP and production knowledge is a plus.
