The position In this new position, you will be part of the PO implementing IT/OT solutions across the Biotech & Rare Disease area (BRD). As a project manager, your responsibility is to support our digital data and IT strategy. You will introduce and lead planning concepts/tools to impact the transparency in the solid line team, addressing operational and project initiatives since aligned priorities are essential to enabling resources for the projects. Your responsibilities summed up:
  • Ensuring strategic alignment with site stakeholders
  • Project gate presentations and budget; monitoring cost & spend
  • Ensuring plan adherence and execution
  • Rolling out & maintaining concepts/tools to plan the manning of operations and projects
  • Implement an Agile Project framework to the regular PEM model if needed.
    • In this role, you will work within a logical and efficient internal framework to ensure an operational link to relevant Novo Nordisk systems and tools, with the goal of creating oversight for project monitoring and cost control. You will be in charge of the project team's leadership, direction, guidance, and coaching. Your job would include navigating between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework. Your time will be split between the technician team and the factory project team where the new product will be launched. Qualifications To succeed in the role, you have:
  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or another relevant field
  • Experience from a similar role, with a proven track record of implementing IT/OT solutions with business value
  • A strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data from many sources in a complex stakeholder landscape is required
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience at different organizational levels- from IT/OT architects, and site managers to key professionals
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Danish will be an advantage.
    • On a personal level, you have strong people skills and a natural ability to engage your stakeholders. You keep the focus on learning and delivering strong results. You are structured and ambitious about your projects and are interested in growing your skills as well as expertise to lead the way. You can ride a storm off and are a strong motivator for others. About the department You will join the IT & OT team, organisational placed in Manufacturing IT operating in 25K to support BRD API production where we partner with production. We are 10 skilled and very committed colleagues, growing into 22 during 2023. You will also be part of a new PO with focus on implementing IT/OT solutions across BRD. Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, which is a global production network at the forefront of technology and in quality production of pharmaceutical products. In BRD we are not only supplying all Novo Nordisk products for Rare Diseases, but also using our competences in Biotech to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
