The position In Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) we are planning to expand our production facilities in Hillerød, Denmark, to meet the future needs of our growing product pipeline. Our MES system, PAS-X, must be integrated to the central SAP system, to ensure transaction of material consumptions, traceability etc. You will be working in an international working environment, driving the tasks related to the SAP integration including development of a SAP Batchmodel, identifying SAP Meta data in close collaboration with Automation, Process-responsible, QA and our core SAP Teams. The assignment will also include building up a local SAP team, that beside executing a successful integration also will prepare for tasks related to operation, including product changes and thereby new SAP batch models and metadata updates. You will play a central role in maintaining and optimizing our interface configurations while ensuring the stability and support of our production. In this position, you will primarily work with interfaces between different IT systems, including SAP (SAP ECC and SAP EWM), PAS-X & DeltaV. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Drive the local integration of PAS-X to the central SAP ECC and SAP EWM (Enhanced Warehouse Mgmt.)
  • Development of SAP batch models in close collaboration with Automation- and Process responsible.
  • Plan workshops to identify meta data for SAP.
  • Contribute to the efficient execution of our manufacturing processes during hyper-care period after project ends, and the facility enters production.
  • Development of a small local SAP team, that will be responsible for the different SAP Batchmodels, update of Meta data, handling of deviation related to local integration to SAP ECC.
  • Work in close collaboration with the PAS-X team and understanding of the mechanics of the between PAS-X, SAP-ECC & DeltaV
  • As part of your key duties, you will also learn about the PAS-X system in order to improve the integration and future optimizations. Qualifications We welcome a candidate with experience and knowledge within technical or IT Project implementations in a production context with a very high level of automation and integration between systems. To succeed in this role, we expect you to also have:
  • A background in engineering, automation or other relevant fields for this position, preferably an academical background, however we value experience most.
  • High level of business and process understanding.
  • Experience in a regulated and automated production environment and experience with one or preferably more of the following: Automation, Digitalisation, and Integration will also be advantageous.
  • Experience from working within production support, preferably knowledge of API in a GMP-regulated environment. Preferable experience with validation/qualification.
  • General knowledge of API processes, MES (Manufacturing Executing System) systems, DCS (Distributed Control system) systems.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.

This is where the active ingredients, going into all our life-saving biotech products, are made by app. 500 committed colleagues.
