Are you keen on playing a crucial role to lead a Quality Assurance (QA) team in Factory of the Future - Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Site Hillerød? Are you a good communicator who is ready for heading up an experienced team of QA professionals? Then we may have just the right job for you, as we are looking for an Associated Manager for our QA Aseptic Production team in IFP QA at site Hillerød. The PositionAs an Associate Manager you will be responsible to manage employees and their well-being and will actively contribute to process improvements within our QA area. The main tasks will be to:
  • Lead, coach, and guide the team to deliver at its best while focusing on its development.

  • Contribute to process improvements within our QA area.

  • Ensure a constant development of the department, including hiring and future planning to keep up with the production flow.

  • You will have different stakeholders, since your team is responsible for both review, release, and validation in AP. Building and maintaining a close collaboration with these stakeholders and ensuring common alignment is crucial to success in this position. In this role, you will lead 10 employees and refer directly to the Director in QA, and you will be part of a very skilled and qualified management group. QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Master’s degree or similar in Pharmacy or Natural Sciences

  • People-management experience

  • Experience within Pharma production and/or GMP knowledge

  • Fluency in oral and written English; Danish communication skills or willingness to learn it.

  • The job requires skills in collaboration, direction setting, and team motivation. You are a role model for our behaviour goals and drive continuous improvements. About the DepartmentYou will become a part of the department IFP QA, which is a dynamic and well-functioning department with many interfaces and stakeholders around the organization. In the department we are around 65 highly qualified employees and consists of six teams. We are located in one of the most exciting facilities in Denmark, IFP Site Hillerød. We are responsible for assuring quality and compliance of Aseptic Production and Finish Product operations and support the business by improving and simplifying processes.
