We are looking for a new Associate Manager for one of the three teams in the Project management office (PMO) in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Hillerød. Read on to find out more!
The position
As our new Associate Manager, you will be one of the three Associate Managers with the responsibility of the Finished Product (FP PMO) team. The team is a dynamic and ambitious team of 8 Project Managers with various backgrounds striving for excellence in project execution.
You will be responsible for an exciting finished product (FP) project portfolio designed to meet a growing production site in terms of new equipment, IT systems and optimized production processes within assembly and packaging.
The main tasks will be to:
• Set the direction ensuring that all project-related tasks within the team are executed effectively.
• Be in close dialogue with line of business as well as stakeholders on corporate level
• Support the production by running projects efficiently, including our on-going Agile transformation journey. We are in the process of introducing a range of new FP lines (both assembly and pack), where we foresee a lot of exciting projects supporting the ramp-up and introduction of new products. On top of that we are expanding the site within Finished production to launch the newest treatment in Diabetes and Obesity care. It’s an exciting time to come and join us!
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
• A Bachelor’s degree within Engineering, Business, Pharmaceutical or similar.
• 5 years of working experience including experience as Leader. Project Management experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Good communication skills with experience of working cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Interest in project portfolio management.
• Fluent, spoken and written, in English. Danish will be a plus. On a personal level you have a proactive mindset, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills. You have a structured approach to your work, and you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind.

You will be expected to demonstrate inclusive leadership by valuing and listening actively to diverse perspectives while keeping a strategic overview ensuring collaboration across business functions. The PMO FP team is placed in PMO, which is part of Production Support at our site IFP HI, a production site which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 14.000 employees worldwide. Production Support consists of 85 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds with a common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within IFP HI. The site relies on a brand-new Aseptic Production as well as Assembly and Packaging lines, Material handling and Warehouses. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
The PMO department consists of three Associate managers each with a team of highly skilled Project managers or other project related employees including Project portfolio managers and Shutdown managers.
The PMO department is responsible for:
• Project Execution in production as well as support areas
• Project portfolio management incl. budgeting, reporting, and controlling
• Shutdown management
• Maintaining and developing the Project Execution model incl. standards, processes, and competences
• Project validation strategies.
