About the department LABS is a part Digital Data & IT Product Supply organization which has employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France, and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. In LABS you will be part of a highly engaged department developing and improving IT systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. Though you will be working with a lot of colleagues from around the globe, the job location will be in Denmark. About the project Novo Nordisk Product Supply has decided to initiate a global standard solution for the implementation of PAT management systems. This will enable LoB to utilize PAT IT management system 24/7 operations and support, data, and interface management to facilitate NN vision for instance batch release. The project team consists of seven team members made up of both internal Novo Nordisk employees and external consultants. About the role As a product owner your responsibilities will include the following Overall responsible for implementation of global PAT system across NN Assist business on clarification and shaping a PAT global solution. Create and maintain product backlog, prioritize features, assist with sizing and cost estimations, and also manage non-standard change request /digitalization ideas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver on the PAT roadmap Communicate roadmap, and progress to stakeholders and leadership Manage SLAs and Interface Agreement documents. Responsible for global system documentation and contract management Assist on validation deliverables, and during inspections and audits. Assist on PAT platform incidents, problems, support and trouble shootings Work closely with the supplier to ensure that the solution lives to the expected standard Support with onboarding new areas and maintain an onboarding roadmap Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Solid years of experience in project management, product management or related field. Strong leadership and collaboration skills Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills Knowledge of SynTQ or other PAT system is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Knowledge of agile methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills If you are passionate about process automation technology and want to work on innovative products that improve business processes, please apply!
