We are looking for our new Associate Manager in Filling & Inspection. The Position As an Associate Manager, you will work closely with a team of 15 operators and 3 skilled workers, who work in shifts and drive the operation of our inspection lines . You will join a management team of 4 very engaged and motivated Associate Managers who are on the same mission as you - creating the best place to work. The main tasks will be to:
  • Keep the overview and support activities with a high level of commitment
  • Improve performance and set the direction for the team
  • Help your employees on the shop floor to tackle and solve their problems
  • Create a thriving and supportive culture
  • Collaborate with inspection support co create unity and stable production.
  • Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Proven management experience (preferably in pharma)
  • Experience with production of pharmaceutical products
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • You lead and drive the team through your strong commitment, which is why the right mindset is very important. We expect you to be a good listener, have a can-do attitude, to be outgoing and proactive. Your stakeholders perceive you as being professional and trustworthy, and you are strong in creating followship among your employees. About the Department In Injectable Finished Products, we are responsible for fill and inspection of insulin cartridges at highly automated and advanced equipment. We are proud to work in a newly established facility that supports the market to change living with diabetes for our patients. What makes our department exciting to work in is ramping up our production, which is a challenging and exciting transformation for both employees and managers.  We are located in Hillerød where more than 100 dedicated colleagues are looking forward to welcoming you.
