The Position In this position you will be responsible for planning, driving development and managing the delivery of the Novo Nordisk cLEAN® Academy. And you will lead the discussions with management teams and the cLEAN® community to closely link business goals to academy offerings. You will set the direction for the content (existing and new) provided by the Academy, and work with a range of training and cLEAN® experts to develop and maintain the materials used by the global organisation. You will be the primary contact to internal stakeholders such as cLEAN® partners & trainers but also to external contacts such as training vendors, administrative work force and LEAN® consultants. Your main tasks will include: Developming a comprehensive cLEAN® Academy and governance plan Overseeing the implementation of training programs and ensuring efficient and timely delivery Collaborating with subject matter experts, content owners, and facilitators to develop content that aligns with organizational goals Managing of external vendors Developing and deploying a continuous evaluation of effectiveness and seek feedback to ensure ongoing improvement Managing communication channels around cLEAN® academy Reporting progress and suggested improvements to cLEAN® management team Overseeing program budgets and expenses Building & strengthen cLEAN® culture through mobilizing the cLEAN® community. Your role will involve the creation of a stronger community by means of various initiatives and events. These could include summits, sharing of best practices, and regular networking opportunities, among others. The role includes evaluating and assessing all offerings of the cLEAN® Academy and also keeping a strong focus on the global cLEAN® communities of Partners, Trainers and Coaches to understand their needs and ensure an adequate professional support from the central Academy. Qualifications To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate has: relevant M.Sc. degree (Process Engineering, Business Development, Learning & Development, etc.) Experience and understanding of LEAN methodology is a big plus Experience in a position including operational LEAN® experience, Academy development, and/or learning & development Strong stakeholder and project management skills and experience Lead, monitor and guide a diverse team to achieve organisational goals and individual development Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written As a person you possess experience in applying LEAN® principles and tools, and also overseeing and managing learning programs/academies - preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Your proven ability to skilfully handle stakeholders with diverse personalities and requirements will be a crucial as you navigate complex organizational dynamics. You possess a unique ability to set direction and expertly connect dots across the organization, enabling you to effectively drive performance improvement and achieve desired outcomes. You will be drawing from the experience and skills or both training professionals, training developers and the cLEAN® community as you plan, develop and implement new offerings from the cLEAN® Academy. About the Department The position is in the team Training Technologies & Standards (TT&S), which is anchored in the Global People & Organisation (HR), in the department of Training & Capability Building, consisting of 100+ training professionals. We focus specifically on the job specific training supporting employees working within the regulated production areas in Product Supply, Quality & IT. The cLEAN® Academy is anchored within TT&S as a small team with strong cLEAN® capabilities and services towards line of business and the cLEAN® community. TT&S is globally responsible for the training standards used in the production areas, competence development offerings to the global training organisation and LoB, development of digital content such as videos and e-learning, and the use technologies such as AR and VR in regulated training. The team consists of experienced Learning & Development Consultants and Training Developers responsible for setting direction and supporting the global training organisation and the end users at the local production sites.
