Then you may be the new QA professional we are looking for in IFP HI QA Validation & IT. The position In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will identify and contribute to the strengthening of our stakeholders’ compliance and Quality level. • You will be responsible for verifying Quality of our Finished Products production, which for example include:
o Working with and review Deviations to ensure production create the right strategy and implement sufficient actions
o Change request review and approve all changes that production wants to do
o Review and approve SOP updates
o Quality responsible for Validation projects. • Opportunities for both personal and professional development.
• Be part of driven optimizations either between QA and production or local in QA
About you – a team player with passion for quality To succeed in this role, the most important thing is that you find energy in balancing different tasks like; handling daily routine tasks, larger projects and in contributing positively to the well-being and balance of the team. You will come into a production site with high pace, which mean you must be motivated by flexible workstyle and ability to prioritize your own tasks and time.
Besides that it is preferable that you:
• Have an academic degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, Master of Science or equivalent.
• Have related work experience in QA or GMP production together with the right quality mindset
• As a person you dare to challenge us in our way of working and has a desire to take initiative as well as being responsible for your own learning.
• You have a structured approach to your work and always see your tasks through.
• You have a strong sense of quality, are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going effort to improve our high standards.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
The team
The team is responsible to ensure the best quality and compliance level in our production of Finished Product (FP) by supporting the patients need by constant improve the processes.
You will be part of a team consisting of 15 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we maintain, and a share an interest in creating ambitious results through collaboration and curiosity. The team consist of both very experienced colleagues (+20 years) and newly educated. We focus on good social relations and prioritize to make room for fun at work. We have daily workout sessions, weekly cake eating to ensure on-going well-being in the team. Otherwise, we are continuing our quarterly get-togethers either as a simple walk and talk, a fun game or a dinner.
We are part of both the deviation reduction journey, and changes that improve the line and processes. Besides we are also a main resource in the new FP expansion process where there are going to be 4 new lines within the next 3 year.
