The position The digital learning supporter position involves working closely with stakeholders and target groups, to support optimal training and increasing human performance. The role will support a site-wide project, called Training for Competence, which aims to reduce reliance on reading written training materiel and focus more on dynamic training in various formats (on-the-job, blended, digital). It also supports the business with short- and long-term improvements in training quality, simplicity, and timeliness. The target groups for this project are primarily skilled workers and operators. Key Responsibilities: Support the transition to a new training model in one or more business areas. Contribute to analysis, design, and development of simple and effective functional training solutions, to cover training needs and solve business problems. Ensure effective, efficient, and compliant training within healthcare regulated work processes. Support line-of-business with production and updates of e-learning materials, incl. planning, design, and implementation (primarily in Danish). This is a collaborative effort with the site’s central training team. Take lead on production of training videos for shopfloor, incl. planning, recording, and editing, as well as train end-users in producing shopfloor videos. Adaptation of materials based on feedback from end-users and area training supporters. The ideal candidate should have a fact-based, data-driven approach and be able to demonstrate and visualize how training and competence development contribute to solving business problems and managing change. They should be able to keep learning solutions simple with a sharp focus on user experience that engages and motivates. The candidate will work in a network of training professionals from across the organization, share knowledge about best practices, and receive guidance and support to implement, anchor, and maintain these practices. Qualifications Relevant academic background within learning or media science, communication, informatics, or IT didactic design (or equivalent) OR minimum of 5 years' experience in digital training development and implementation in a large organization. Experience with developing digital learning products (video, audio and e-learning through e.g., Articulate or Captivate etc.). Preferably experience with digitally supported learning, including IT pedagogy and didactics. Preferred knowledge of digital learning systems (LMS) and other digital tools and methods that can support specified learning goals. Interest in training via HoloLens/AR/VR and other new learning technologies Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and ensure trust and commitment from stakeholders. Investigative and analytical approach to problems, with a focus on understanding, how competence development can contribute to solutions. Thorough and accurate work with a strong sense of responsibility for tasks. Independent with the ability to set direction and motivated by working closely with people. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a regulated environment, such as the pharmaceutical, food or aviation industry. They should also have project management skills and be able to execute projects independently and proactively, adding value within deadlines. Additional skills that would be advantageous for the role include experience with LEAN and/or behavioural design and technical writing. The candidate must be fluent in both Danish and English. The department In IFP Hillerød, we produce top-quality injectable products for patients with diabetes worldwide. The team, Finance & Training is a part of the Operational Excellence department in IFP Hillerød and are responsible for supporting the site with systems and initiatives, that move the organisation forward or solve various problems. You will join the training team, which consists of six skilled training supporters with different areas of responsibility. The team ensures that our employees are trained in performing the processes correctly and independently and helps developing training material in close collaboration with colleagues across the organisation. You will become a member of a highly dedicated and engaged team, working on developing effective and standardised training to ensure a high level of competences for our employees.
