Don’t hesitate to apply today! The Position As IT Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving our Pas-x migration project from start to finish. Your responsibilities include guiding the project from its initial stage at G3, through meticulous planning and execution, all the way to its successful closure. In essence, the project entails the replacement of our existing MES system, which oversees all production activities in our 24/7 operating factory, with almost 700 dedicated team members. Effective collaboration with the Organizational Change Management lead, coupled with adept communication and a solid technical understanding will be pivotal to your success in this role. Some of your key responsibilities include: Leading project planning and executing while collaborating daily with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the project team, serving as the central communication hub Defining IT supply chain project scope and creating the project concept alongside project champion and key stakeholders Developing, communicating, and overseeing adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Automation, Validation, IT, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control on project teams to facilitate design, transfer, and start-up Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System and adhering to Novo Nordisk IT/OT corporate requirements, including following Novo Nordisk project governance and preparing stage gates presentations as necessary Qualifications To be successful in this role, you: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a similar field combined with a minimum of 5-year track record as a senior project manager, preferably within a regulated industry. Possess broad expertise in utilizing various project tools and implementing effective project reporting mechanisms to efficiently track project progress and communicate results. Demonstrate the ability to refine complex messages into simple and concise ones to ensure effective communication when reporting to management. Have a proven capability in managing and driving multiple project tracks simultaneously, coupled with a methodical approach to work and tasks. Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English. As a person, you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, which are indispensable in this role. Your ability to effectively provide guidance, enhance performance, and maintain a balance between quality and efficiency, all while being pragmatic, is highly valued. Respecting and incorporating others' opinions and viewpoints, even when they differ from your own, is crucial. About the Department You will be a part of the Device Manufacturing & Sourcing IT Team, which is a highly skilled and experienced team.
