The position As our new laboratory technician you will take responsibility for processes around Device Stability and Quality Control processes for both new and existing products. Your primary tasks will be:
  • Executing Device Stability Studies, including in-use simulation, focusing on device test parameters like e.g. dosage accuracy and dose force
  • Study and data handling primarily related to device stability and quality control studies on mechanical and physical properties
  • Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of devices through rigorous procedures and data handling
  • We strive to work paperless in our laboratories, hence LIMS and other digital platforms is a large part of our daily work. You will be sharpening your collaborative and communication skills when you work with colleagues across and beyond a diverse organisation. You will be introduced to our processes and structures in a thorough on-boarding process, where you will learn everything, you need to know about Novo Nordisk to succeed in your new position. Qualifications We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:
  • You are a laboratory technician or have a similar educational background
  • You have worked with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes before and have a solid experience with LIMS, in a regulated laboratory environment
  • You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing
  • As a person you have a structured approach to your tasks, proactively seek out the knowledge you need to fulfil your tasks and take pride in your high level of responsibility and quality. You thrive when handling exciting challenges with your team and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high quality standards. About the department Our team ‘QC and Stability Laboratory’ is part of Device Manufacturing Development (DMD), where we are responsible for the device stability on Drug Device Combinations products and QC release test on new products before they are introduced to the market. Your new colleagues will be six laboratory technicians and four QC and stability professional, all excited to welcome and share knowledge with you.
