As an Advanced QC Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the laboratory technicians with the analytical work in the laboratory, through guidance and coaching. You will also work in close collaboration with the chemists in the department and ensure that the analytical performance and equipment live up to industry standards and cGMP.
The analytical teams consist of academics, laboratory technicians and operators. The core tasks for the teams are: Timely delivery of analytical results to our stakeholders to secure the quality of the Novo Nordisk drug products
Participation and facilitation of various systematic problem solving related to the laboratory work
Updating standard operating procedures, handling deviation cases, laboratory investigations and change requests to always be on track with authority requirements
Continuous improvement and optimization of our processes using LEAN principles
Development and implementation of new digital and automated solutions in current processes
Collaboration with our support laboratory and support successful QC method transfers
Always being ready for audit and authority inspections

To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree as a pharmacist, chemist, chemical engineer, or similar background
Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, within cGMP regulated environment
Flair and interest in acquiring knowledge of new technologies
Professional proficiency in both written and spoken Danish and English
On a personal level, you have a persistent interest in new technologies, and innovation. You are responsible, dedicated, and eager to learn new things. You have the courage to solve new types of tasks both individually and in close collaboration with your colleagues and stakeholders. About the department
The QC department, Injectable Finished Product (IFP) Quality Control Chemistry (QCC) consists of 75 employees divided into 4 teams. We perform a wide range of chemical drug product analysis, as well as mechanical injection tests on insulin pens. We work with many stakeholders across the organization and have a broad interface with other QC areas in Novo Nordisk. Working at Novo Nordisk
