As the new Associate Maintenance Manager in our expanding Operation and Maintenance department in Hillerød, you will, together with your team, participate in taking responsibility for maintenance outside the clean core with the focus on ensuring high operational stability cross our 7-8 facilities on site. You will lead a team of currently 7 employees supporting an engaging working environment build on trust. Your reporting line will be the senior manager of the department. Furthermore, your responsibility will be to be part of the management group and step into a close network of colleagues in similar positions cross other Danish NN site.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Ensure stable operation by managing a team of colleagues passionate about their work and profession
• Secure high people engagement through empowerment, being present and support-ing development
• Build solid network with key stakeholders
• Manage relations and corporation with external suppliers being an integrated part of the teams operational set-up
• Support standardization and conceptualization of the maintenance processes, so that the team’s current area of responsibility can be scaled as the site grows
• Support the growth of the site and enable taking on new operational tasks, at the same time balancing current daily operations Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in the role you hold a Bachelor or a Master’s degree within engineering, technical or similar subjects.
Other success criteria are:
• Few years of experience in being a people leader
• Experience within operations and/or production facilities, will be considered advanta-geous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
• Good conceptual skills to support growth
• Fluency in English and Danish On a personal level you come with empathy, service mindset and a drive for continuous improvements. About the department
The department is a part of Corporate Facilities (CFa) covering maintenance, operation and development of facilities across Danish production and R&D sites. We are about 300 colleagues in Bagsværd, Gentofte, Hillerød, Måløv, Søborg and Kalundborg. You will join the team in Hillerød with currently +25 colleagues.

We work closely with our colleagues at the facilities with trust and strong relations being key to our joint results.
