The position
As a Controller, you will lead and ensure effective controlling and financial management of the area. You will be assisting our Finance Partners and the management in making sound decisions by providing data and insights that brings value to the business.
Other role responsibilities are as follows: Budget planning of Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE). Set-up and manage financial planning processes such as Anchor Budget (AB) and Rolling Estimates (RE) in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Finance partnering for divisions by assisting with the budget planning, tracking, and decision making. Prepare analysis, commentary and presentation material for financial reviews and reports. Lead projects in Finance or participate as key member in cross-divisional projects. Close processes for the month-end and ensure high-quality accounting practices. Follow-up and ensure transparency in the organization's performance against targets. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need to have: Financial background with a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree within Finance, Business Administration, Economics or similar. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business planning/controlling and management reporting. Experience with data and related data analytics is preferred. Fluent in both Danish and English proficiency, verbal and written is required. Demonstrate adept stakeholder management and communication skills. Solid experience working with the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) and ERP systems (preferably SAP) and preferably also Power BI, Tableau or similar. As a person, you are proactive, self-driven and structured. You have a can-do attitude and bring positive energy. Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while paying attention to detail. You are data-driven and have an analytical mind-set. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships are essential since you will work across a broad stakeholder landscape as a trusted business advisor. About the department
Asceptic Manufacturing (AM) in is seeking a Senior Finance Partner to AM site Hillerød. AM represents a global part of the organisation, with factories in Denmark, China, Brazil, France, and USA. The factory is a growing organisation of around 1,200 people. This is an opportunity to join our Finance & Procurement team, which consists of 12 dedicated and social colleagues – diverse in age and backgrounds. The Finance & Procurement team is part of AM HI, Business Support, which is known for striving for excellence, openness towards innovation and focus on stakeholder relations. Collaboration is a key for our success meaning that we are successful when the site is successful.
