The position As an Associate Manager, you will be leading dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians, in teams working with a variety of biological and chemical analytical procedures. You will set the direction for a team ensuring that the prioritizations and strategies are executed. Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality. Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you: - have a leadership background and skills, could be within development, quality, or production
- have an academic background, probably within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar
- are fluent in Danish and English As a leader, you are open and honest, and you enjoy seeing your team shine, develop and succeed through collaboration. You set tangible goals and communicate them clearly, ensuring that everyone knows how to be a success and generally lead with empathy and behavioral role-modelling. Furthermore, you know the value of building relations and earning trust and respect from colleagues and employees. About the Department In the department we are approx. 65 people who are divided into 5 teams, and we are looking for an Associate Managers for one of the teams, responsible for Maurice/ICE methods. We are a part of BRD QC (Biotech & Rare Disease QC) and located in Hillerød. Working at is its people.
