The Position As a Robustness Assembly Process Engineer, you will join a project positioned at the intersection of Device Manufacturing Development, Production, and our equipment suppliers. We are committed to driving innovation and ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices. Your key tasks will include:
  • Leading projects focused on identifying issues, finding solutions, and implementing new technical solutions on our existing assembly lines.

  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure effective problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • Contributing to the development of assembly processes, manufacturing equipment, technologies, and innovation.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance in production processes.

  • Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should have:
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in pharma, engineering or a related field.

  • Solid experience as a Process Engineer within a regulated industry with a strong understanding of the scientific and technical aspects of manufacturing processes.

  • Strong expertise in cLEAN® 3-star or Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with experience in applying these methodologies.

  • Knowledge in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Critical to Quality (CTQ), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design guidelines, Design of Experiments (DOE), quality feedback loops, and quality planning.

  • Full professional proficiency in English.

  • Your natural curiosity will be crucial to your success, as will your skills in coordinating and collaborating efficiently throughout the organization. About the Department The Assembly Development & Innovation team is located in Hillerød and is part of Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). We are a dedicated and highly competent team responsible for the development of assembly processes, manufacturing equipment, technologies, and innovation. Our work is at the crossroad between Device Research & Development, Production, and our equipment suppliers. We are committed to driving innovation and ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices. Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases, we also use our competencies to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk.
