Behind the title As IT Manager you will lead a team of 15+ highly dedicated employees who are responsible for local site IT Computerized Equipment and IT Compliance within the production processes of Aseptic Manufacturing and Finished Products. You will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improving performance as well as delivering excellent results. Your key responsibilities will: Lead the team by developing competencies, motivating, providing frequent feedback, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of behavior and skills to address future needs Safeguard efficient day-to-day operations as well as long-term planning of capacity & resources Ensure Operation & Maintenance of IT Computerized Equipment and IT Compliance processes are designed, developed, implemented and maintained so they fit production requirements and current Audit and Inspection readiness. Drive close collaboration with production, QA, colleagues from other IT/OT areas or vendors regarding all aspects of being into IT Compliance with current GxP requirements and Standard Operation Procedures SOPs. Secure quality and compliance of all products and processes within our unit and drive your leadership with a cLEAN and Agile mindset. Apart from that, you will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team to achieve our ambition of a professional and proactive set-up within IT Computerized Equipment and IT Compliances. You are also responsible for the team resources being allocated to various IT/OT-related projects, that ensure production stability, compliance and future production demands. Candidate profile

To succeed in this role, you: Preferably hold a degree in engineering, technology or something completely different. The most important thing is your interest and capabilities in leadership. Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Have experience with pharmaceutical production and/or IT system processes. Speak fluent English; fluent Danish will be an advantage. As a person, you bring positivity to the team and have a robust analytical skillset with an interest in systematic problem-solving. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. You can prioritize and make decisions in a busy work environment, where the business agenda is ever-changing. About the department You will join the IT & Automation area in DD&IT PS AM (Digital, Data & IT - Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing) in Hillerød. We have more than 80 employees in the unit, and you will be in a team with a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support the production and help each other, have a good time and to make a big difference. In addition, you will be part of a management team that works closely together to ensure we succeed as an organization. Our way of working is informal and ambitious at the same time.
