We are currently seeking an Associate Manager for Engineering Responsible within Production Support to establish and lead a team in this exciting project. The Position As an Associate Manager in 25 L, at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Manage, lead, and develop highly skilled multi-cultural team members as part of the project organization matrix

  • Coordinate staffing and project progress in close collaboration with the different project work package owners up until the facility is ready for operation.

  • Responsible for operational readiness within your area together with the operational readiness team

  • Ensure right number and level of competencies in the team along the project phases and progressing into operations

  • Participate in commissioning and validation of new equipment.

  • Promoting a continuous improvement mindset, coaching and developing the team through clear direction and effective leadership

  • Ensure robustness within the team, through a healthy and engaging working environment

    • Qualification To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field.

  • 5 years of experience in operational management, experience from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

  • Experience from larger projects is an advantage

  • Knowledge of API/mAB processes and planning is preferred

  • Great communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Moreover, you are excellent in working collaboratively with cross-functional team.
