As Senior Health and Safety Professional, you will lead the strengthening and execu-tion of our HS strategy, striving for continuous improvements and awareness, other than being responsible for supporting the Health & Safety activities across ET Busi-ness Development & Support (ET BDS) - a new area, where you will have a lot of im-pact in defining the tasks and strategy on the health and safety agenda. Your main responsibilities will be to: Advise HS manager and Senior Vice President (SVP) on HS matters Drive preventive work to ensure a healthy and safe work environment, both physically and psycho-socially Contribute and implement Novo Nordisk HS strategy, set goals, and follow up on these Secure that we live up to the Novo Nordisk HS HS and DPP & ET ambitions Train and on-board HS responsible according to processes and standards All of this will be done in collaboration with your HS colleagues, becoming part of Business Development and Support area supporting our SVP and work across borders with many interesting stakeholders, assessing HS impact on and risks of changes to the way we operate when introducing new equipment/technology, materials, work processes or facilities etc This is a great opportunity bring your HS career to the next step, into a role that will provide you with informal leadership opportunities Qualifications We are looking for colleague who will bring an innovative mindset and excel at inspir-ing and motivating teams to achieve high standards in HS performance. To succeed in this role, you have: A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or other relevant education At least 3 years of Health & Safety experience Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Full proficiency in both English and Danish On a personal level, you are a proactive and safety-focused professional who enjoys working independently and have the competencies to drive processes and systems in collaboration with peers and colleagues. You thrive in working structured and can handle a large network of stakeholders across the whole organization. About the Department
In ET, we are a team of approximately 3,000 dedicated employees primarily based in Måløv and Taastrup (DK), with additional locations in Boston (US), Durham (US), Pe-tersburg (US), and Athlone (IR) - and our sites are continuously expanding. With am-bitious plans for the future, we are working diligently to bring our new tablet product to market. Together, we are committed to maintaining our position at the forefront of technological, systems, and process development. You will join the dynamic and evolving ET Business Development & Support (ET BDS) team based in Taastrup. Working across all 7 (S)VP areas of ET, the ET BDS team serves as the Executive Office to the Senior Vice President of ET. We prioritize profes-sionalism and ownership, fostering an open and informal culture.
