Do you have a strong background within Quality Assurance (QA) and IT? Do you enjoy critical thinking, innovation and problem solving? Are you able to set the direction and ensure a high quality of our needle products?
Then we can offer you development and learning as well as being part of a team with great team spirit and collaboration within Needle Manufacturing and Sourcing Production factory (NMS) in Hjørring – only 30 minutes from Aalborg.
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Engineer with good IT and communication skills, continuous improvement mindset and the desire to work closely together with a lot of different stakeholders.
The position
Your main task will be to support the development, implementation and maintenance of our quality requirements in the organisation. You will ensure that our products and equipment are in compliance with internal/external standards and requirements. Aside from the daily casework, you will provide Quality support for our production, e.g., when processes are altered. In those cases, it will be your job to ensure that changes do not compromise on quality.
You will approve validation documentation such as protocols and reports on new equipment and improvements of existing IT systems and equipment. You will have a broad stakeholder landscape to navigate within and by that also have influence on the organisation’s IT compliance performance. Look forward to a varied job containing tasks that call for your ability to be self-driven but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork.
About the department
You will be a part of the Quality department of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing and have a workday with a large degree of independence. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation and with suppliers abroad. We are 25 employees responsible for the Quality Assurance of all needle products produced by Novo Nordisk. The main purpose of NMS QA is to safeguard patient safety, product quality and compliance. Qualifications
You preferably have an IT Engineering degree and a background that provides you with a solid technical understanding for quality assurance – preferably in a production environment. Preferably, you have flair for IT and can familiarise yourself with our different systems. Ideally, you have knowledge of equipment for automated assembly and an understanding for simplicity.
If you are familiar with Quality Assurance (ISO9001/EN13485/GMP), SAP, process validation and development of medical equipment, it will be a distinct advantage. But a couple of years’ experience from a production facility will also be relevant. As a person, you are analytical, systematically and possess excellent communication skills, just as you are proficient in English and Danish both orally and in writing. You are curious, willing to learn, and good at asking questions.
