You will be the HR Business Partner to leaders at different levels in our Needle Manufacturing. The area consists of approx. 435 employees and 27 leaders at different levels. Novo Nordisk is growing and so is our site, therefore, a large part of the role is to work with change management and leadership development and sparring.
Your main focus is to understand the business priorities and translate strategy into relevant and impactful HR actions, which include driving: Organisational development and effectiveness Talent management & development Leadership development & sparring Change management Diversity & Inclusion Culture and engagement
Together with your HR Business Partner colleagues in Copenhagen, and corporate P&O support functions, you will be responsible for continuously reviewing, evaluating and developing the business to drive organizational efficiency and agility. In addition, you will shape and promote an engaging, diverse and inclusive people environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way.
As a trusted advisor, you will build solid relationships with the business and the P&O organisation, identify challenges and play an advisory role in addressing them. You will be working closely with Centres of Excellence within P&O in defining and executing initiatives identified to improve the business areas’ ability to seize business opportunities and overcome challenges.
Qualifications Ideally, you: Hold a relevant academic degree within HR, Organization, Business Psychology or similar. Have 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably from an international and culturally diverse environment Experience with change management, organisational development and process facilitation Are able to think strategically and to translate business into HR actions, based on a thorough understanding of the challenges and future outlook. Know how to remove people and organization related roadblocks, ensuring strong support to strategy implementation Are fluent in English, both written and spoken. You are characterised by being a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. With a professional and open approach, you build strong relations with stakeholders at all levels and offer your perspectives respectfully. It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You find solutions and get people to collaborate, focusing on what matters most for the end-user, and you are an experienced process facilitator.
About the department
You will become part of the People & Organisation (P&O) Business Partnering unit and report directly to P&O director of Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices & Sustainability. The team consists of 7 highly engaged and skilled HR BPs supporting different parts of the SVP area. We do not sit together during the week but meet once a week either virtual or physically in Bagsværd with focus on sparring, development, sharing and team fun.
