Apply today! The Position As our new Associate Manager, you will lead by example and set the direction for the Calibration, Maintenance & Tool shop team. You will be part of the department management group who is responsible for providing a high-level service. You will support your employees in their daily efforts to solve tasks and challenges. In close collaboration with other departments at the factory, you and your team ensure that Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing is always able to deliver high quality products in a compliant and timely manner. You will create a work environment that creates job enthusiasm and matches the requests and capabilities of your team. For this, you set up KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and follow up accordingly to make sure that behaviour and results are correctly measured. You set an example and point the way, and you take pride in securing a high level of quality in your deliverables. In this position, you will:
  • Be able to develop and execute a Calibration Strategy which fits future needs regarding high-capacity production and utility equipment.

  • Implement well-defined roles & responsibilities within the team.

  • Develop and implement digitalised calibration & maintenance KPI’s.

  • Conduct strong stakeholder management across the organisation.

    • Qualifications To be successful in this role, you:
  • Preferably have an Engineering degree in Mechanics, Production Technology, or other relevant managerial education.

  • Have some leadership experience, ideally within calibration and maintenance systems.

  • Knowledge of ISO 55000/EN13485/cGMP, TPM, and implementation of calibration and maintenance systems will be considered an advantage.

  • Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.

The ability to give feedback, coach and develop employees is also a focus point for the position. About the Department The Maintenance, Calibration & Tool shop team consists of 14 highly committed and skilled employees who are responsible for the calibration system, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system and SAP PM/MM, spare part stock, and tool shop production. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in six departments and with 425 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
