Are you ready for a key role in securing a high level of maintenance in our production site? Do you want to add another dimension and a new asset management way of thinking to our maintenance process? Then this two-year opportunity might be just for you at our Novo Nordisk production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing. The position We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Asset Management Engineer who is passionate about maintenance and has a sense of asset management within production equipment. Your main tasks will be: • To optimise our maintenance process within asset management in close dialogue with your colleagues • Collaboration with your team and other stakeholders across the site to monitor the lifecycle of our equipment • To provide input to your co-workers on how to manage our SAP system within maintenance PM and MM for asset management purposes • To provide maintenance relevant input in risk-based assessments, for example, when buying new equipment. You will be responsible for: • Developing and merging a new asset management approach into our maintenance process for the site • Stakeholder management to collect information on the production systems in an asset management purpose. Other than that, you will participate in the daily operations within our maintenance process. In this position, it is important to reach out to your stakeholders to maintain good stakeholder management and to constantly catch up on relevant inputs for your area. You will have a workday with tasks that call for your ability to be self-driven, and at the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organisation. Qualifications • Perhaps you are a newly graduated engineer or possess another academic technical background within production or maintenance. • You have knowledge or experience within maintenance and lifecycle management. • You have knowledge or experience with SAP PM, MM or a similar system. • You enjoy performing with or through your stakeholders. • You have knowledge within proactive maintenance and asset management strategies. In your daily work, you will work together with different stakeholders such as operators, specialists, supporters, technicians and managers. This calls for your ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English. You should have a flair for IT and data analysis, and quickly get acquainted with our different systems. About the department You will be a part of the “Maintenance, Metrology and Tool shop” team and have 15 colleagues. We are responsible for the process support within maintenance, metrology and calibration, and lastly providing our production with machined spare parts from our Tool shop. The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organized in seven departments and with approximately 450 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
