The position
In ALK´s Global Quality function, you will become part of a dynamic team with about 10 dedicated employees working to optimize and simplify the quality management system and the corporate processes in close collaboration with global stakeholders.
As IT QA Professional in ALK, your goal is to deliver excellent services and advice to Global Business IT. You will support important quality system elements, such as IT Infrastructure and platforms, and be QA for global IT projects/releases. Furthermore, you will be contributing to the ongoing optimization of ALK´s Quality Management System. You will have a global collaboration with many parts of the global ALK organisation.
Your main tasks will include:
This position gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvements of the future quality processes related to IT within ALK, as well as it gives you a large interface, global responsibility, and a great work environment.
Independent and proactive with excellent communication skills
You hold an academic degree in Engineering, Pharmacy or Natural science. You have at least five years of experience from an IT function in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry – preferably as ITQA. Project Management experience and training would be an advantage.
As a person you are able to work independently and have an ambitious mind-set. You are proactive, service minded and a profound team player. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, and you master English at a high professional level.

- Handling of validation/qualification documentation
- CC, deviations, CAPA and SOP approvals
- Train users within the Quality Management of Computerized Systems
- Provide expertise to critical issues on an ongoing basis
- Participate in change management activities
