Therefore, we are searching for an addition to our Business Applications Support team, where you, as our new SAP Business Consultant, will work closely together with all Product Supply teams across ALK.
Participate in site implementation projects
As SAP Business Consultant, you will be responsible for various Supply Chain initiatives and programs, such as implementing, optimizing and supporting our SAP solution on a global scale. You will have a close relationship with Product Supply teams across ALK sites. You enjoy bridging between the technical SAP consultants and the line of business and thereby making a smooth connection between the two different cultures and improving the processes.

The department is characterized by having close contact with many different areas across the organization in all ALK sites, which means that you thrive being proactive in an international environment and handling various stakeholders. We have most IT competences inhouse and we believe that good results and IT services go hand in hand with securing development opportunities. Our new IT strategy contains several new IT programs and projects, where you will have the possibility to impact different projects such as Global enhancement of Product Supply business process across the production sites or investigating local Product Supply solutions according to ALK’s strategy.
Strong business acumen and strong stakeholder management
Being a SAP Business Consultant at ALK you can have a Bachelor or Masters degree within Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or a background as an Engineer. More importantly, you have experience from connecting the dots between the technical side of the organization and supporting the business and you have 5+ years of experience as a super user or from a support organization. You possess hands on experience with an ERP implementation project and validation of IT systems and have SME knowledge of SAP PP, QM and logistics modules, however there will not be hands-on configuration in this role. It is preferred that you have worked in a GxP and Pharma environment and that you are used to working independently. You have a proactive approach when handling your many stakeholders and you take pride in servicing them, when working on your different projects. Combined with your business acumen and team player mentality, you actively influence and challenge the status quo. You master English and Danish in both writing and orally.
