ALK is on an ambitious journey to become the preferred allergy company globally. Since 2018, we have invested heavily in digital consumer-facing activities via our Consumer Care business unit. Consumer Care was established to engage ALK’s potential end-customers earlier in their disease journey. Through digital engagement tools, e-commerce and innovative partnerships, such as telehealth solutions and in-pharmacy allergy clinics, we try to make simpler solutions for people living with allergy. The team is operating globally in markets such as USA, Germany & UK, with more to come.
About the role
The Consumer Care team wants to increase focus on leveraging the data we collect to drive business impact. To do so, we want to bring more executional and expert capabilities in-house. We are looking for a new colleague with a strong technical skillset to own the “engine room” of our MarTech stack (Adobe Campaign, Amazon Cognito, LeadsBridge etc.). Your primary responsibilities will be setting up and maintaining automated email and push notification flows with relevant allergy messaging to our users, making data available to action upon and ensuring we track our efforts to optimize performance and relevance. Furthermore, if you can assist with development work on our app and website and support on ensuring a streamlined tracking setup across our platforms, we won’t hold it against you.

You’ll be the sixth member the Digital projects, scaling & data activation team within the Consumer Care unit in ALK. Your new colleagues have a mix of capabilities and experience from pharma, agencies, ecommerce, FMCG, retail and much more, which fosters development and inspiration.

Your qualifications
- Experience working with Adobe Campaign Standard and preferably the Adobe experience suite in general
- Working knowledge of data architecture
- Experience with API's or integrations between platforms/services
- General understanding of marketing tracking and experience (GA, GTM, etc.)
- Experience with app development and React native is an advantage
- Experience working with Shopify is a plus
- Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- We are a global team, so strong English skills is a must. Danish is not a requirement
