Your qualifications
You are an experienced people manager with visible leadership, who is highly self-motivated and -driven. Preferably you have experience from working with pharmaceutical planning and logistics as well as experience with use of ERP systems.
We expect you to have solid collaboration and analytical skills as well as being skilled in systems and process development. You are fluent in English. You are passionate about people and organizational development.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree, supplemented by relevant financial and/or business qualifications.

Fields of responsibility
- Material, capacity & manufacturing planning & forecasting in alignment with production, and related sourcing, purchase and CMO handling
- Strategic operational excellence initiatives in PS Site DK in collaboration with Site Management and in alignment with Global Business Improvement network
- Coordinate and align project activities across local site functions in close collaboration with Global project management
- Drive process and data collection to set and follow-up on KPI and BSC
- Continuously maintain SAP master data and optimise related business processes and systems to meet strategic growth ambition
- Leadership and direction for area of responsibilities engaging approximately 40 employees
- Support Vice President in strategic presentations, processes, and communication
