Consumer Care is a division put in place to engage potential end-customers of ALK earlier in their disease journey through digital engagement tools, e-commerce and innovative partnerships such as telehealth solutions and in-pharmacy allergy clinics. The team is operating globally in markets such as USA, Germany, UK and more. The division has three clear elements – to successfully engage with allergy sufferers on a large scale, identify which of them would be suitable for – and might benefit from – AIT treatment, and then to mobilise them into taking action.
A key aim for 2021 will be to further develop the digital engagement business model and to give it a narrower focus that is more closely linked to the commercialisation of ALK’s AIT portfolio.Several of the planned initiatives will be facilitated through project teams across the individual countries anchored in a programme. To be in charge of driving and consolidating the global as well as local Consumer to Patient initiatives, ALK is now hiring a Consumer Program Lead. You will become part of dynamic and agile business unit and report directly to Head of Consumer Care.Squad Leader and facilitator
As Consumer Program Lead, you are responsible for driving and consolidating glocal (Global and Local) ALK Consumer to Patient initiatives including activity planning and execution via squads. You will act as and fulfil the role as squad leader and squad member depending on the challenges at hand and the capabilities needed. You know when to be a hands-on executer in some situations or countries and a facilitator and enabler in others. Furthermore, you excel in the translation of identified commercial problems into activity planning and digital solutions.Strong experience with digital platform programmes
To succeed in this role, you will use your strong ability to build relations and generate results together with diverse stakeholders across the organization. You have either previous experience from a role as Project- or Program manager in another international company, or you come with a background as management- or operational excellence consultant where you have worked extensively with digital business models. It is expected that you hold a degree at minimum master’s level in IT, Business, Finance, or a similar field.
You thrive in the field between the strategic and the operational level and have the desire to become part of a dynamic organisation on an exciting growth journey. Furthermore, you get your energy and motivation by driving the best ideas to win and seeing success of others. You bring experience with digital health solutions and it will be an advantage if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry.Besides the above-mentioned competencies and experience we expect that you are fluent in both written and spoken English.Exciting workplace with good development opportunities
