The positions
As part of the Compliance and Operations team in Regulatory Affairs, we are looking for two Student Assistants to support our brand-new Regulatory Information Management System (RIMS). We are looking for colleagues who can stay with us minimum a year.

Our team consists of 7 passionate colleagues. We are striving to provide the best possible and most reliable regulatory data to the organization. We are driven by a high level of professionalism, integrity, an open-minded approach and contributing to an inspiring and fun working environment together with colleagues.
The Compliance and Operations team is an integrated part of Regulatory Affairs. The position is located at the ALK headquarter in Hørsholm easily accessible with bus 15E departing from Copenhagen. After a thorough onboarding, ALK offers a flexible work setting with a hybrid between on-site and home office.

- Data entry and quality control of regulatory data within RIMS system
- Managing and prioritizing tasks within the team mailbox
- Provide system assistance to people within Regulatory Affairs
- Supporting data clean within the RIMS system
Your qualifications
- A strong analytical and structured approach to data and quality
- Flair for IT
- The ability to work within a team, and provide the best possible support to our stakeholders
- Fluent Danish and English skills
- A good sense of humor and the wish to be part of a successful and hardworking team
