ALK has recently launched a new transformational growth strategy with the aim of developing new solutions to help even more people deal with their allergies. The ambitions are high as we want to deliver the best solutions for our customers. Our team, Business Innovation & Incubation, is responsible for fueling that growth by creating new business innovations driving ALK’s short- and long-term strategy to grow the business.
You will become part of our Business Innovation & Incubation team of three Managers & Directors, where we are looking for a strong student assistant. You will participate and be a key facilitator for our projects and pilots and report directly to the Head of Business Innovation & Incubation. You are expected to be team-oriented, while being self-motivated, independent and comfortable with owning specific sub-tracks of opportunities that can drive significant growth for ALK. You will get the opportunity to grow and expand your professional skills. We expect you to be able to put in 15-20 hours weekly. We will teach you what you do not know, but we expect you to have an interest and experience within some of the following areas:
We are looking for a profile who has a flair for and interest in seeking out and working with a wide range of stakeholders. You are on the last year of a bachelor’s degree or first year of the master studies in business administration, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, or similar field, with top results. You have a strategic and innovative mindset, an eye for detail and is highly structured. You appreciate working in a fast-paced environment while mastering shifting tasks. You are a team player and love to build stuff. Finally, you have a strong business acumen, experience with PowerPoint and you master English on a high, professional level.

- Preparation of internal and external presentations
- Scouting and researching new business opportunities, possible M&A targets, strategic alliances and partnerships
- Involvement and coordination with international stakeholders
- Analyzing data structurally to come up with and present key insights for our team
- Obtaining insights from key stakeholders
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
- Interest in and understanding of digital health trends and -innovation
