We are searching for new LIMS Super Users who can help drive the development of LIMS within the operational area at site Hørsholm. You will join a team of other LIMS Super Users who both supports the daily business operations and participates in cross functional projects in order to optimize and expand our business. Responsibilities of the LIMS team
Our LIMS team has the responsibility of supporting the daily business operations, while also driving the digitalization of laboratory process to create better and more compliant workflows. Furthermore, we contribute to defining and planning department strategies related to LIMS on a tactical level for new and updated strategy plans. We prepare input for ALK's overall IT strategy in order to improve and expand the use of LIMS. Therefore, you will work closely with IT acting as the interface between IT and Operations and expect you to have strong collaboration skills as well as good communications skills, being able to explain complex situations in simple terms.
A day in the LIMS team is never alike, and can be, but is not excluded to:
We work in a cGMP environment and according to the requirements of Computerized System Validation. Thus, all changes to LIMS are documented through changes control processes, and various documents describing the procedures, requirements, test and validation plans, protocols, reports, etc.

Due to the many different types of tasks handled in by the LIMS team, the job will to some degree be tailored to your profile, to maximize the contribution to ALK.
Personally, you are passionate about your assignments. You are open minded, have a positive attitude and thrive in an environment with many stakeholders throughout the company. You like to take responsibility, work structured and with respect to deadlines. At the same time, you should be flexible and motivated working in a busy environment where priorities and deadlines can change with short notice.

- Supporting end users in troubleshooting to fix everyday LIMS problems
- Being part of various minor to major projects related to LIMS
- Requesting and testing new LIMS functionalities
- Ensuring training and documentation related to LIMS

Your qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher level within engineering, science, supply chain
- Or relevant experience as a lab technician
- Experience with LIMS, preferably with SampleManager or Labware
- Knowledge/experience from GMP and pharmaceutical production, incl. change control cases
- Project work experience, either from handling small to medium complex projects or from participation in projects
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English
