We are looking for a passionate Executive Management Assistant, who will take on an essential key role in ensuring efficient and professional support to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global People & Organisation (P&O). The ideal candidate is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and enjoys supporting people in being successful!

The position
As the Executive Management Assistant, you will report to the CEO and to the SVP Global P&O and work alongside an enthusiastic team of dedicated people. You will work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders and be close to the decision-making, taking on an extrovert position relying on you being supportive and considerate.

You will be responsible for driving the agenda for Board of Management meetings, as well as attend the meetings, take minutes and follow up on actions. Alongside, utilising your organising skillset and your ability to think ahead and be proactive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings, plan and organise travel activities taking the full perspective into account.

Furthermore, you will take on a supporting role to the SVP Global People & Organisation and the P&O department in Hørsholm and join a team of dedicated and engaged colleagues who has both global and local P&O responsibilities. In this role you will prepare and attend P&O Management meetings, participate in P&O projects, assist in organising meetings and off-sites. In addition, you will provide ad hoc admin support and assistance with a variety of tasks such as proofreading, meeting management, intranet writing and editing.

Overall, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys playing a key role in supporting people in being successful, coordinating activities and carrying out administrative tasks, and being a trusted team player. Furthermore, you will work in close collaboration with the other EVP PAs, supporting each other and collaborating to deliver the best possible support together.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is proactive with a positive mindset and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have experience working with people from different backgrounds and functions across the organisation. You are an organised individual with a structured working style and the ability to prioritise your tasks and manage your time effectively.

Furthermore, we're looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience providing administrative support in a corporate international environment at an executive level.
  • Holds a relevant degree at bachelor level in fields such as business languages, business administration, or law.
  • Has experience with document management, proofreading, and maintaining an overview of documents.
  • Has experience with coordination, planning, administration, and calendar management.
  • Has a strong service orientation and a positive, flexible mindset.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (written and verbal).
  • Is proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

You are highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude, and you are detail-oriented, focused, and solution-oriented. You enjoy supporting others and contribute to a motivating work environment. You are also comfortable interacting with people from different functions and backgrounds. Finally, you have experience handling sensitive and confidential information and materials.
