We offered a student a unique opportunity to join a vibrant high performing and truly impactful, regional Operational Excellence team with a strong focus on commercial execution. The team cover the Northern Europe cluster in ALK (UK+ROI, BeNelux and Scandinavia) and currently consist of three people. You will be based in Hørsholm, near Copenhagen, and mainly work across our Nordic markets. The job gives you the opportunity to start off your business career and make a real difference in an international environment. The contract is 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule to fit your studies.
Your primary responsibilities:
You will join a team that strives to deliver value for their markets and top management through commercial projects, insights generation and data analysis. This means that the department works as a strategic business partner to their affiliates and commercial partners, focusing on building commercial opportunities while empowering their people to solve commercial challenges.
Ambitious and driven profile with a “can do” attitude!
You are a student about to start on your 3rd on your bachelor’s or 1st year on your masters. You are studying within the field of business, economics, marketing, mathematics or/and strategy. You have strong academic record and interested in a career within the field of analytics, forecasting and commercial strategy.
First of all, you are ambitious. This could be the start of your career within ALK and the pharmaceutical industry. You are an energetic and structured team player with a positive attitude and an ambitious mindset. Furthermore, you have good stakeholder management skills and know your way around Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Your language skills are superb, and you are fluent in English both spoken and written. Danish is not a requirement; however, you are already living in Denmark and have a work permit for a student position. We are looking for someone with minimum 2 years left of studies.

- Participate in strategic projects in the region, e.g. development of business areas, go-to-market strategy or change management projects.
- Data analytic projects to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Run CRM analysis and salesforce effectiveness analysis.
- Create presentations for Senior Management to drive business decisions based on insights.
- Analysis supporting Strategic Business Planning and Annual Business Planning.
- Support and other ad hoc tasks for Senior Management.
